Terms of Service

By accessing or using CryptoState (“Platform”), operated by CryptoState Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

CryptoState is a technology platform that provides tools for listing, discovering, and facilitating communication about real estate properties. We are not a real estate brokerage, broker-dealer, investment adviser, escrow company, title company, or financial institution.

The Platform provides listing tools and discovery features. Any real estate transaction initiated through the Platform is conducted directly between the buyer and seller, who are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You represent that you have the legal authority to list any property you submit.
• All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant CryptoState a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on the Platform.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• You must not list properties subject to undisclosed legal disputes, liens, or encumbrances.

• CryptoState offers free and premium subscription tiers for listing tools.
• Premium subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to their terms of service.

• The Platform may display cryptocurrency-related features including wallet connection and blockchain transaction tools.
• CryptoState does not custody, hold, or transmit cryptocurrency on behalf of users.
• All blockchain transactions are non-custodial — you sign and authorize all transactions from your own wallet.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. CryptoState cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any on-chain transaction.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. CryptoState is not responsible for any losses due to price fluctuations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls.

Certain features may require identity verification through our third-party provider (Stripe Identity). By using these features, you consent to the collection and verification of your identity information. Failure to complete verification may limit your access to certain Platform features.

• The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information provided by users.
• We do not verify property ownership, title status, or legal standing of any listed property.
• We are not a party to any real estate transaction and bear no responsibility for transaction outcomes.
• We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoState and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CryptoState in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoState from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

All Platform content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by CryptoState and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 10 through 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
