Why CryptoState exists
Real estate has always been one of the largest asset classes in the world — yet the infrastructure around it remains stuck in the 1990s. Closings take 30–60 days. Title companies process paperwork by fax. Wire transfers get intercepted. 3–6% of every deal disappears in agent commissions and closing costs.
Blockchain changes the math. Stablecoin settlement is near-instant and irreversible. Smart contracts can hold escrow without a bank. KYC verification can happen in minutes, not weeks. We built CryptoState to bring this together into a complete marketplace and closing pipeline.
