Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
Do I need to pay to browse listings?
No. Browsing, viewing property details, and contacting agents is completely free. The Buyer Pro plan unlocks AI-powered investment analysis tools.
Do I need to pay to list a property?
Yes. The Agent plan ($99/month) lets you list up to 10 properties. The Agency plan ($499/month) gives you unlimited listings with top placement.
What payment methods are accepted?
Subscriptions are billed monthly by credit/debit card via Stripe. Property transactions on the closing pipeline use RLUSD on the XRP Ledger.
Is KYC required?
You can browse and list without KYC. Identity verification is required only when participating in an on-chain transaction through the closing pipeline.
