Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What does the free Starter plan include?
The Starter plan lets you create one active listing on the Crypto Hub with standard map placement and buyer email contact. No credit card required.
What payment methods are accepted?
Hub subscriptions are billed monthly by credit/debit card via Stripe. Property transactions on the closing pipeline use RLUSD on the XRP Ledger.
Is the Hub subscription separate from the transaction fee?
Yes. Your Hub subscription covers listing and discovery features only. The 1% transaction fee applies separately — only when a deal closes through the CryptoState on-chain pipeline. Listing on the Hub never triggers the transaction fee.
Is KYC required to list?
You can create and publish listings without KYC. Identity verification is required only when you participate in an on-chain transaction (making or accepting an offer through the closing pipeline).
